Ground Beef Zucchini Pasta
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 zucchinis, spiralized
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and garlic, and cook until they are soft and fragrant.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Add the spiralized zucchinis and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the zucchinis are tender.
